I am a passionate IT Technician with over 2 years of hands-on experience in providing technical support,
in both a hardware and software capacity, in a corporate environment.
I've been apart of many successful projects such as the Mobile Network Migration Project which resulted in Millions of £'s being saved.
as well as the Windows 10 21H2 to 22H2 Project which was a council wide update to the latest version of Windows 10, which highlighted the importance of data security and keeping software up-to-date to minimise the risk of potential data breaches due to vulnerabilities being exploited by external threats and bad actors.
